2. Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions:

• "You", "Your", "Client", "Customer", "Pilgrim", "Devotee" refers to the individual accessing or using our services.
• "Services" refers to all spiritual tour packages, pilgrimage assistance, temple darshan coordination, accommodation booking support, travel arrangements, guide services, and any other offerings provided by us.

• "Booking" refers to any reservation, inquiry, or confirmation of services made through our website, phone, WhatsApp, email, or any other communication channel.

3. Nature of Services

3.1 Service Description

Divya Dham Guide Association provides spiritual travel assistance, pilgrimage planning, temple darshan coordination, local guide services, accommodation booking assistance, and transport arrangements. We act as a facilitator and coordinator between pilgrims and local service providers including hotels, transporters, guides, and priests.

3.2 No Guarantee of Darshan

While we assist with darshan coordination, VIP entry guidance, and temple visit planning, we do not guarantee specific darshan timings, queue-free entry, or special access beyond what is permissible by temple authorities. Temple darshan is subject to temple rules, crowd conditions, security protocols, and festival schedules.

4. Booking and Payment

4.1 Booking Process

A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from us via WhatsApp, email, or SMS. Verbal discussions alone do not constitute a confirmed booking.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

• All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to seasonal variations, festival periods, or changes in third-party service costs.
• Payment terms (advance amount, full payment, or payment schedule) will be communicated at the time of booking.
• We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, or other mutually agreed methods.
• Full payment must be cleared before the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.3 Service Confirmation

All services including hotel accommodations, transport vehicles, guide assignments, and puja arrangements are subject to availability. In the rare event that a confirmed service becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a suitable alternative or provide a refund for that specific service component.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Cancellation by Client

Cancellation requests must be communicated in writing (via WhatsApp or email). The following cancellation charges apply:

• More than 15 days before travel date: 25% of total booking amount
• 7 to 15 days before travel date: 50% of total booking amount
• Less than 7 days before travel date: 100% of total booking amount (No Refund)
• No-show or early departure: No refund for unused services

Note: Cancellation policies may vary for specific packages, festival period bookings, or customized group tours. Please refer to your booking confirmation for package-specific cancellation terms.

5.2 Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any booking in the event of unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, temple closures, government restrictions, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will offer either a full refund or an alternative date/package of equal value.

5.3 Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment source (bank account, UPI ID, etc.).
• Any transaction fees or processing charges incurred are non-refundable.

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking (names, contact details, travel dates, number of travelers, any special requirements).
• Carry valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, etc.) during travel.
• Follow temple dress codes, rules, and regulations at all sacred sites.
• Respect local customs, traditions, and religious sentiments.
• Arrive on time for scheduled pickups, darshan slots, and temple visits. Delays may result in missed services without refund.
• Inform us in advance about any medical conditions, mobility issues, or special needs so we can make appropriate arrangements.
• Be responsible for your personal belongings during the trip. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Divya Dham Guide Association acts as a coordinator and facilitator between you and third-party service providers (hotels, transporters, guides, priests). We are not directly responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of these third-party providers.
• We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
• We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by factors beyond our control including but not limited to: weather conditions, natural disasters, temple closures, government restrictions, strikes, riots, or any force majeure events.
• Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
• We are not liable for any medical emergencies, accidents, injuries, or health issues that may occur during the pilgrimage. We strongly recommend that you obtain appropriate travel and health insurance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, graphics, videos, and design elements is the intellectual property of Divya Dham Guide Association unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written permission.

9. Website Usage

By using our website, you agree that:
