Divya Dham Guide Association maintains a strict No Refund Policy. Once a payment is made for any of our services, tour packages, pilgrimage assistance, temple darshan coordination, accommodation booking, transport arrangements, or any other service — no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
1. Introduction
This Refund Policy explains our position regarding refunds for services booked through Divya Dham Guide Association ("we," "our," or "us"). By making a payment for any of our services, you ("client," "customer," "pilgrim," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this No Refund Policy.
Important: This Refund Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by both documents.
2. Our No Refund Policy
Divya Dham Guide Association operates on a strict no-refund basis. This policy applies uniformly to all services, all clients, and all situations. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to:
- Cancellation by Client: If you decide to cancel your booking at any time, for any reason — no refund will be provided.
- No-Show: If you fail to arrive for your scheduled tour, darshan, or service on the confirmed date — no refund will be provided.
- Early Departure: If you leave before the completion of your booked tour or package — no refund will be provided for unused services.
- Change of Plans: If you wish to change your travel dates, destination, package type, or number of travelers after payment — no refund will be provided for the original booking.
- Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service for any reason — no refund will be provided.
- Personal Emergencies: In case of personal emergencies, medical issues, family emergencies, or any other personal circumstances — no refund will be provided.
- Travel Disruptions: In case of train/flight delays, cancellations, missed connections, or any travel disruptions — no refund will be provided.

4. Why We Have a No Refund Policy
We maintain a strict no-refund policy for the following operational reasons:
- Advance Payments to Service Providers: Upon confirming your booking, we immediately make advance payments to hotels, transporters, guides, priests, and other local service providers to secure your reservations. These payments are non-recoverable by us.
- Limited Availability: During peak pilgrimage seasons, festivals, and special events, availability of accommodations, guides, and darshan slots is extremely limited. When you book with us, we block these resources exclusively for you, preventing other pilgrims from booking them.
- Operational Costs: We incur significant operational costs for booking coordination, staff allocation, guide scheduling, and logistical planning immediately upon confirmation. These costs are non-recoverable.
- Fairness to All Clients: A consistent no-refund policy ensures fair treatment for all clients and allows us to maintain affordable pricing for everyone.
5. Rescheduling (Subject to Availability and Conditions)
While we do not offer refunds, we may, at our sole discretion and subject to availability, allow you to reschedule your booking to a different date. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to the following conditions:
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the original travel date.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability of accommodations, guides, and services on the new dates.
- A rescheduling fee may apply, which will be communicated at the time of the request.
- If prices have increased for the new dates, you will be required to pay the difference.
- Rescheduling is limited to one time only. Further changes will not be permitted.
- Rescheduling during peak seasons, festivals, or special events may not be possible.
- We reserve the right to deny any rescheduling request without providing a reason.
Recommendation: We strongly recommend that you carefully plan your travel dates and confirm your availability before making any payment. If you are unsure about your schedule, please contact us to discuss your options before booking.
6. Exceptions (Very Limited)
In extremely rare and exceptional circumstances, we may, at our sole and absolute discretion, consider a refund request. However, this is entirely at our discretion and does not create any right or entitlement for any client. The following are the only situations where we may consider a refund:
- Double Payment: If you accidentally make the same payment twice due to a technical error, the duplicate payment may be refunded after verification.
- Service Not Provided by Us: If we are completely unable to provide the booked service due to our own operational failure (not due to external factors), we may offer a refund or alternative arrangement.
Even in these limited situations, any refund decision will be made solely by our management after thorough review, and the decision will be final and binding.
7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
By making a payment to Divya Dham Guide Association, you agree to the following:
- You will not initiate any payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal request with your bank, credit card company, UPI provider, or payment gateway after making a payment.
- If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute in violation of this policy, you will be responsible for all costs incurred by us in responding to such dispute, including legal fees and administrative costs.
- We reserve the right to take legal action to recover any amounts lost due to chargebacks initiated in violation of this Refund Policy.
- Any chargeback or dispute initiated despite this policy will be considered a breach of our Terms and Conditions.
8. Acknowledgment Before Payment
Before making any payment, we ensure that:
- All service details, package inclusions, pricing, and terms are clearly communicated to you.
- You have the opportunity to ask questions and clarify any doubts.
- You are informed about this No Refund Policy.
- Payment is accepted only after you confirm your understanding and acceptance of this policy.
By proceeding with the payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted this Refund Policy without any coercion or pressure.

This Refund Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, India.
