Mahakaleshwar Temple is the only Jyotirlinga where the sacred Bhasma Aarti is performed daily. You can book online — below is a concise guide.

  1. Visit the official booking portal — find the "Bhasma Aarti Booking" link on the Mahakaleshwar official site.
  2. Select date — choose the date (slots usually open about 90 days before).
  3. Enter details — name, mobile, email, full address; upload passport-sized photo & photo ID copy.
  4. Add companions — add family/friends with photos & ID proof.
  5. Select seating — Nandi Hall (closer view) or Barricades (general). Click check availability.
  6. Confirm & pay — online fee (approx ₹200 per person). Download the receipt and keep the SMS confirmation.
  7. Final list — confirmed names are published on the temple website by 7 PM the day before. Carry original ID and booking receipt on the day.
